“Taking Part in the conferences and workshops organized by Tsimba touched many parts of my life. The first thing that l learnt was to define myself, I am Nombeko, I am a human being created in the image of God, I am a spirit designed by God, I am a spiritual being, I am a child of God regardless of my identity crisis (I never knew my biological father till when l was above 20). I am a manager meant to manage the earth's resources and not other people's lives, this drew me to the realization that even in the workplace set-up, resources are the only things that are supposed to be managed otherwise people are led. This has positively contributed on my leadership skills especially the team l lead in my official employment, l even noted them reciprocate the leadership with respect and humility and this created and still creates a positive work environment aligned to the achievement of my employer's goals. I now know the reason for my existence, I was brought into the world for a purpose. I have finally finished my PHD after 7 years, I had almost given up but these sessions encouraged me. I wrote a CIS course 4 times failure after failure but never gave up. The sessions have encouraged me to work on my weaknesses. Respecting God as my source means respecting His values, His commandments, seeking validation from God and not from human beings. Whether we want to accept or not our time here on earth is limited, and this has given me the energy, zeal and drive to run with my goals every day. What has to be done needs to be done now!”
