Meet Vongai

VONGAI ETHEL DZINGAI is a certified life coach who is passionate about people, having an end goal to assist them to meet their goals and find the purpose of their lives. Vongai is also a certified revenue officer in Customs and Taxes, who has graduated with an Honours degree in Business Management and Information Technology from Catholic University of Zimbabwe and a Master of Science degree in International Trade Policy and Trade Law from Lund University in Sweden, with a career goal to assume a leadership role in policy development and administration.

She is the founding member of Tsimba Human Development, an organization aimed at organizational progression through individual human capital development and empowerment, and the founder of Fambanesu Trust, a charitable organization with the main object being to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable members of society.

Vongai is characterised as assertive, intelligent, dependable, dedicated, responsible, honest and sociable. A natural leader and team player, who effortlessly adapts and thrives under whatever conditions. She is an active person who loves adventure and relishes meeting and learning about people of varied cultures, an ambitious visionary who works hard to achieve her goals. Vongai is a Philomath, who will gladly take on every available opportunity for self-development.

Vongai believes in the principles and teachings from the Holy Bible, with the conviction that the life that Jesus Christ lived on earth is the standard for everyone’s life. She also believes that every person is on earth for a reason, that every person is a leader, and that their existence should leave a mark that will remain after they die.
